Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL):

Our commitment is to build the M&E capacities of government departments, Non-Governmental Organizations, and private sector institutions. We work to institutionalize capacity assessment, needs prioritization and action planning during program implementation. We provide a full package of technical assistance including supporting the revision and/or development of institutional strategies, building leadership and management for M&E, and developing and implementing effective tools to measure project outputs and outcomes. SIPAM offers strategic advisory aimed at improving the approach of organizations to design and implementation of a project.
